KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Mario Goic of SCAD Savannah (Ga.) is the NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, while Esteban Navarrete of Southeastern (Fla.) was named the NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week. The duo was selected based on their performances from October 21 - 27 and were chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees. 

Players of the Week are announced weekly throughout the regular season on Tuesdays on naia.org, Instagram, and X.

Mario Goic, SCAD Savannah (Ga.) - GR - Forward

• Helped SCAD Savannah to a 2-0 record on the week
• Scored twice in a 3-2 win over No. 11 Keiser (Fla.) for his fourth multi-goal game of the season
• Tallied a goal in a 3-1 victory over Ave Maria (Fla.)

NAIA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

Esteban Navarrete, Southeastern (Fla.) - SO - Goalkeeper

• Recorded a pair of shutouts in two Sun Conference matches
• Made two saves in a 0-0 draw against No. 11 Keiser (Fla.) while playing a man down
• Registered six stops in a 2-0 win over Warner (Fla.)
